Turn any photo of water into a fishing spot.
Open a picture of a lake, a river or the sea, click Fish here, and the image becomes a place to fish. Cast, wait for a bite, then fight the fish by holding the mouse and cranking the reel. Slide the net under it while it thrashes, and it goes into your keepnet.
- The water is read from the image — every photo has its own shoreline, and where you cast matters.
- Bigger fish hold near the bank, which is also where you have the least room to fight them.
- Line tension, drag and runs are simulated. Push too hard and the line snaps.
- Every image is a lake, shared: the first person to fish it names it, and everyone after that plays the same water.
- Plays offline. An account is optional.
Works on a phone too — no extension needed. The extension adds the part a web page cannot do: fishing any photo you come across.
