Write to alex@rsjoomla.com. Include the address of the image you were fishing on — most problems come from a particular photo, and it is much faster to fix with the picture in hand.
The button does not appear on an image.
It only shows on images large enough to fish and where water is actually
detected. If you are sure there is water, right-click the image and choose
Fish here — that always works.
Part of the water is not fishable, or the sky is.
The water shape is read from the picture, and some photos fool it. Open the
toolbar and press ✎, then drag along the water's edge to correct the
shoreline. Your correction is saved and shared with everyone fishing that image.
It says the fish reached the snags.
Fish run away from you until they leave the water. If you cast into a narrow bay
or close to the bank, a big fish has very little distance to cover before it is
safe. Tighten the drag with the mouse wheel to stop the run earlier, or cast
further out.
The line keeps snapping.
Watch the bar on the line, not the fish. When it goes red, stop cranking and let
the fish run — the tension drops on its own. Loosening the drag helps too.
Do I need an account?
No. The whole game works offline and nothing leaves your browser unless you sign
in. An account only adds sync across devices and the leaderboards.
How do I delete my data?
Write to the address above and everything attached to your account is removed
within 30 days. See the privacy policy for what is
